How do I PIMP MY CANON?

In whatever ways you deem fit. Write summaries, link videos, screenshots, fanart, playthroughs, whatever you want! Add on to your friends' comments with additional stuff of your own!

The only thing I ask is that you not put too many large images in your post (if you have to put in a lot, make some of them links!) and link to videos rather than embed them. This is so the page doesn't take for-freaking-ever to load and doesn't become inaccessible due to oversaturation of gifs and stuff.

You may also want to keep spoilers to a minimum, but that's up to you.

Also make sure your coding works, because nothing sucks more than making a totally awesome ad for your canon only to have a missing bold tag mess it all up. Or you could edit. That works too.

Digital Devil Saga, by Atlus, the game company that feeds on its fans' delicious, delicious, tears, is a turn based JRPG style game with a story told over two games for the Playstation 2. Digital Devil Saga ~~is the fanservice game~~ draws heavily on themes from Hinduism, the concepts of karma and reincarnation playing large roles. Digital Devil Saga takes the "Press-Turn" battle system of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne and improves on it. The game encourages exploitation of enemy weaknesses to gain the advantage in battle, but beware: the enemies can do the same thing to you and you can die a terrible, horrible death because AUGH NO STOP HITTING MY WEAKNESSES.

In a strange world called the Junkyard, it rains nonstop and it's strangely devoid of most things - plants, animals, those kinds of things. The people of the Junkyard live in Tribes, with the six strongest ones known as the Ruling Tribes. And the law of the land, as commanded by the Karma Temple is simple: fight. Tribes must fight for territory and when the leader of one Tribe is killed, his or her Tribe must surrender and be assimilated into the winning Tribe. When one Ruling Tribe has dominated the other five, they have rightfully won the ultimate reward:

The right to leave the Junkyard and go to Nirvana, a beautiful paradise.

Digital Devil Saga follows the Embryon Tribe, which is led by Serph. The people of the Junkyard, Serph and his Tribe included, have known only literally one thing: fighting. They are strange, emotionless beings with empty eyes who wage war on each other, for that is the Karma Temple decreed.

Until one day, it all changes. An unidentified object with a naked girl inside it suddenly appears in the middle of a skirmish between the Embryon and rival Tribe Vanguards. And in an instant, every person in the Junkyard is infected with a new power - the power of demons. Demons are powerful beings with unique abilities and capable of magic.

They are also very, very hungry. And the only thing that can sate that hunger is the flesh of other sentient beings.

But with this terrible curse comes a blessing - the people of the Junkyard change, developing distinct personalities and obtain the ability to feel.

Suddenly their eyes don't look so empty anymore.
