→ But you can't say who those people are!

I wouldn't say it's completely hopeless ... it might just be that it will take more time.

You've only known her for about a year, Hubert. That in comparison to someone I've known practically my entire life ...

If I knew her any longer I would risk losing her to her wanderlust or her uncanny ability to vanish in to a project for years at a time.

He at least has enough focus to stay put unless otherwise ordered to.
