Rinoa relies on Squall so much, it's hard to articulate. His presence and Selphie's are the only reasons she's managed to do well here. And it's not just in that way she depends on him. Even emotionally - as crazy as that sounds - she counts on him. He's kind of become a pillar of support for her. So as much as she likes to tease him, she needs him, too.

As for Cielo, she thinks he's awesome. And they will learn each other's name in time!
