Katsu is kind of like Crowley's not!nephew, and really, even though Crowley might push him away and be hissy while he's around, he really does feel for the kid and will give him (bad) advice if he needs it. Also, if anyone messed with Katsu, they'd have a very angry demon on their hands.

Basically, he likes him even though he will never, ever admit it. BIc
