This is PIMP MY CANON, a meme for doing exactly what it says on the tin. Here, you are going to sell your canon to your fellow bubble players!

Fellow bubble players, peruse the selection and maybe find a new canon to check out!

Okay how?

HOWEVER YOU HAVE TO. Post reasons why your canon is awesome! Post summaries, post pages, post gifs, post links to videos, post screenshots, post links to playthroughs, WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO.

Just uh, be mindful. Don't insert put too many images in your post (especially if they're big! Link to big things!) and link to videos rather than embed them. We want to make this accessible to everyone and go easy on connections.

Feel free to add to other people's posts with information of your own, or ask questions about a canon that's caught your eye! The idea here is to spread the love, after all!

No okay look, here is what I had, before I decided against it:

Yuri Lowell is pretty much the coolest guy in history?? LIKE WOW. HE'S REALLY COOL, he was like, he grew up in the slums and he's a real down home brother who doesn't forget what his roots are even when he does all this totally AMAZING crap (not a spoiler because DUH!!11 this is a tales game, COOL STUFF IS GONNA HAPPEN!) But it's like, wow, he's the hero but he's not like, a super goody two-shoes?? Like Tales poster child for Chaotic Good!

Repede is the most badass dog and is like, Yuri Lowell's best friend. Best dog friend. Whatever. ANYWAY, it's like, Repede, he smokes a pipe and he fights with daggers! THE DOG FIGHTS WITH DAGGERS I MEAN COME ON. Also wow look how cute he was a puppy!

Flynn Scifo is Yuri Lowell's ACTUAL best friend or whatever and he's really cute but also really REALLY Lawful Good, and you are like, WOW Flynn, Yuri how the heck can you even be friends what is UP with that. But Flynn is a really good guy and REALLY CARES ABOUT THINGS a lot. He is a HUGE SWEETHEART. Okay? Okay.

Yuri is a badass. Gameplay wise, he is on TVtropes as a One Man Army. Not only does he have wonderful hair to his shoulderblades, but his shirt is open to his navel and he enjoys teasing all his castmates, from things like terrifying Karol due to making eggbear noises behind him, to 'Ristelle'. He fights like a flashy-show-off, all flips and handstands and completely ambi, using both swords and axes. He's more or less a jerk with a heart of gold

For me it was more "La de da OOO, PRETTY GAME, WOW HERO HAS A DEEP VOICE" Yuri is no Lloyd or Luke, that's for sure...

NGL I love his voice, too. It was just such a massive surprise at the time! I think we spent some time rolling on the couch laughing because we just DID NOT EXPECT it.

...But Repede is still my favourite character. You just can't compete with a dog like that.

Oh, did they release an english PS3 version? Or is it still Japanese only * A*a I was playing 4player ToV, and the game owner mentioned wanted to do it again when the PS3 version came out...

IT is.. still Japanese only. annnd might be the true reason we got a ps3. No region lock, whooooo /o/

The english voices are better than the japanese ones, exceptions being Yuri and Raven >.>

...though none of us know enough Japanese to pick apart a conversation, let alone a video game like ToV sob. WHELP looks like the next 4player gaming session is gonna be Graces |3

* A* It is glorious. We have Xillia too even if I understand absolutely none of the plot, aside from what can be understood from tones of voice and watching things happen

Conversations are hard ;A; They all speak in all sorts of different levels of politeness, and there's all of these Tales-only words... But they did change the color of the text for all the areas and important people names. It's like they know that people will import it XD XD
