For Walter, I defer to his Japanese voice, which is probably very recognizable since he's voiced by Sakurai, aka Tiir Rumibul, aka Cloud Strife, aka that polar bear. Anyway, samples: when he's mad, when he's nice, what he usually sounds like, and screaming if you want to hear that.

Alternatively, this (9:20) is is his voice in the localization. Great first impression, I know.
