He just needs someone who can deal with the ghosts. Also just hijinks in general.
If Zidane wants to spar with Guy at any time, he could just mention it a bit and Guy'd totally come along to check out the pirate ship. More to make sure Zidane didn't get into to much trouble, but hey, it'd be an adventure.
