Serph is always happy to get to know new people! He's kinda quiet and tends to wear a :| all the time, but he's a good listener and really clueless about lots of things that people expect to be common knowledge. The hot guy part is somewhat questionable, but he does kind of... wear an armoured thong. And his body armour is not covering his butt at all |||OTL

He's also looking to bust out of Vatheon, but he's not in a big hurry about it. He does know someone who's keeping tabs on things though, so he can always point Darcy in her direction :>
