well P2 described it as that they could technically sense each others' persona, but Eikichi's probably too dumb to know how to do it. If Mitsuru can sense it (idk how they find new members because I haven't gotten far enough in P3 yet! AAAAAAAHHHH), she probably can find Eikichi. He probably smells like DEATH and hair gel.
